Shipping
We ship within the United States. All prices and shipping charges are in US dollars.
Rates
- Standard shipping: $8, free on orders of $150 or more
- Express shipping: $15
The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and tracking
We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. During a sale that stretches to 5 to 7 business days, because there is a great deal more going out of the door. Orders leave our Franklin, Indiana location, and you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. If the tracking has not moved and your order has not arrived, write to us and we will chase the carrier.
Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can change an address only while the order is still with us; once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it. We are not able to refund orders lost because an incorrect address was given.
