Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States. All prices are in US dollars.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8, and it is free on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping is $15. The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long until my order ships?

We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. During a sale that stretches to 5 to 7 business days, because there is a great deal more going out of the door. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. You will get a shipping confirmation by email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Write to us as soon as you can. We can change an order while it is still with us, but once a parcel has shipped we cannot alter the address or the contents, so it is worth checking your details at checkout.

Something is missing or arrived damaged. What now?

Tell us within 10 days of the parcel arriving. Send your order number and a photograph of the damage, or of the barcode on the label if you have been sent the wrong item, and we will put it right at our cost.

How do I pay?

Every payment method we accept is shown at checkout. Your card details never reach us: payment is handled by Shopify's secure checkout.
