Terms and conditions

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was shown in error, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout where they apply. Payment is taken through Shopify's checkout; we do not see or store your full card details. We may correct an obvious pricing error even after an order is placed, and will contact you before doing so.
Products
We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours can appear differently from one screen to another, and small variations in prints and natural fabrics are part of the garment rather than a fault. Measurements given are approximate.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and exchanges by our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Our content
The text, photographs, designs, prints and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may browse, share links and print pages for your own use. You may not copy our images or text for commercial use, or resell our products as your own, without our written permission.
Accounts and conduct
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to harvest data from it.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses arising from your use of the site where those losses are not caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and of the United States, and disputes fall to the courts of Indiana. Where you deal with us as a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the place you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
